Do You Offer Insurance Products Too ?
Yes we do. There are many different types of insurance to choose from when it comes to finding something that is suitable for you and your circsumstances. It is a requirement of UK lenders that all mortgages are covered by buildings insurance. Apart from that, you have life cover, critical illness cover, and mortgage protection insurance to consider.
Do You Charge a Fee?
We offer a completely free service. We get paid by the lender. There will be no surprise charge. Our advice is always 'What's best for the client'
Ultimately, you are probably more likely to get better rates with a mortgage broker than without. We say that because of the access we have to a large amount of lenders we have built up relationships with over the years.
