Exceptional service!!
As a first-time buyer, I was very keen to find a fee-free broker who could offer excellent service and plenty of guidance along the way.
I came across Crescent Mortgages through their helpful YouTube videos. It was refreshing to see genuinely useful content tailored for first-time buyers (as opposed to the endless buy-to-let or renovation videos you usually find).
From the very first meeting through to receiving an illustration and finally an offer, the entire process was seamless and nothing short of exceptional. Despite being a free service, they dedicated many hours to guiding and supporting me, which I greatly appreciated. Everything was handled over the phone (I live in the North), and the process couldn’t have been easier.
Another excellent aspect of their service was the fee-free insurance brokering, which I feel isn’t promoted enough. Again, the process was quick, straightforward, and—compared with my experience of other brokers—far easier than expected.
